Shipping & Returns

All postage prices quoted are for UK mainland only, shipping to other areas will be different, please contact us before purchasing if you live outside of the UK mainland. Surcharges also apply for shipping to UK Islands and highlands of Scotland. All our items are shipped with either Royal Mail or Parcelforce - items that weigh less than 2KG go Royal Mail, heavier items go with Parcelforce. We aim to despatch all items as soon as possible, orders received by 11:30am will usually go out the same day, orders received after 11:30 will go out the next working day. All items will have adequate insurance and will be sent by trackable means. Wherever possible postage will be combined, each item has a shipping weight defined in the listing, the total weight of the items that make up an order define the total cost. Parcels of up to 0.5KG will cost £3.50 post and packing, parcels up to 1KG will cost £4.50, up to 2 kilos is £8.00 and anything over that will be £12.75 up to a maximim of 30 kilos. Packages with a total weight of over 30KG will usually be collection only, text within the listing will inform you if special arrangements are required.
